Description

JettyGuard’s supper cone fenders is an efficient rubber fender type that can be used in a variety of applications.

It is an improved version of the cell fender with the best performance and is recommended for all types of applications, including site with large tidal changes.

It has a conical shape and a fully embedded rubber mounting flange. Exquisite geometry and tapered shapes create many outstanding performance features.

With the same height as other type of rubber fenders, it has a higher energy absorption capacity. The conical shape for rubber fenders is designed to provide stability at all times, allowing the rating to be shifted to 70% and maximum regardless of shear, axial force or angular force. And allowing the max. Defection up to 72%.

Super cone fenders are also more stable under large compression angles and provide better shear resistance than any other fender types.

Supper cone fenders systems can be used to berth a range of ship types, including not only ro-ro, tankers, cruise ships, but also container and bulk terminals, general cargo facilities, etc..

The advanced features of the supper cone fenders improve the material handling capacity of the deck/ship crane, thereby reducing the overall cost of the project.

For superior wear and abrasion resistance, JettyGuard supper cone fenders can also be equipped with a front frame with low-friction fascia pads to reduce shear and hull pressure.

Supper cone fenders can be installed in a single, dual or multiple configuration with a common front frame to optimize performance characteristics. These moats are equipped with long steel frames to provide a larger vertical contact area for ports with large tidal changes.
